West Whins is an exciting new co-housing cluster to the North West end of the Findhorn Community, behind the Universal Hall and Trees for Life.
This development will be an eclectic mix of eco-sustainable housing designed and built by and on behalf of the individual plot purchasers, Duneland, and the Park Eco-village Trust.
Currently (5th May 2016), only Plot 9 remains unreserved, the services, roadway and turning circle are in, and construction of the house on Plot 12 is advancing at a pace. Plot 12 is being build by Green Leaf Design & Build Ltd.

A new terrace of three semi-detached properties in currently being designed for Plots 14,15, & 16 but these are currently only at the conceptual stage. We are happy to take contact details from potentially interested parties to be added to our mailing list when details have been confirmed.
