The main focus for development will be the 'Magic Triangle', which is the land extending from behind Cullerne across to Pineridge. We will be engaging in a consultation process to determine how best to design the site as an integral part of the emerging ecovillage community at The Park.

We expect development to be for mixed use, and based on overall community needs. We also expect to retain some public green spaces, within the development area, which would be integrated with the existing landscapes of Cullerne Gardens, Pineridge and Central Gardens areas.

Duneland Ltd intends to achieve the best possible physical development and landscaping of the ecovillage project by the following means:

Creating a community wide consultation process for an integrated and inspired development masterplan.
Adopting accepted ecological standards for all development.
Inviting proposals from anyone with a project that will contribute to the realisation of the community ecovillage dream.
Maintaining regular communication with the partners and ensuring cooperation on all projects.
Raising the necessary funds for the development.
