Goals

Jonathan Caddy, a son of the founders of the Findhorn Foundation, has a background and degree in Ecological Science and has worked extensively in the areas of land conservation and business.  He has also worked in key areas of the Foundation in the Findhorn Gardens, Cullerne and on the island Community of Erraid.  At present he lives with his family in a self-built eco-house at the Park and has a bridging role between the Foundation and local community as a local schoolteacher and Community Council representative. He was a founding shareholder of Duneland Ltd and has worked continuously to forward the positive vision of the company since its inception.

Cornelia Featherstone: Living in the Findhorn Foundation Community since 1988 Cornelia has been involved in many aspects in the community. Most recently she served on the NFA council for 3 years. She is founding director of HealthWorks - Holistic Health Care and was chairperson of Trees for Life for 10 years. She works as a part-time GP in a local NHS practice

Ben Fuchs, I have been associated with the Findhorn Community since 1987. I have been on the teaching faculty of Findhorn Foundation / Findhorn College since 1991 and have organised 3 Findhorn international conferences during that time. I work internationally as an organisational and community development consultant, working to improve stakeholder relationships and to build cohesion within diversity. Bill Henderson is a planning and sustainable development consultant with over 30 years experience in the field.

As a community musician he has been leading workshops at the Foundation since 1992 and has watched the evolution of the ecovillage with considerable interest. Since moving here in 2003 he has been actively involved with the Company now chairing the Board and is the Company’s Managing Director.

Elisabeth Tønsberg, of Danish origin and part of the Findhorn Foundation since the late 80's. Represents the Foundation management team on the Duneland's Board and watches in awe and wonder as Eileen's guidance about us becoming a village, a town, and a city of Light unfolds all around us. It is the most exciting adventure to be part of and I wouldn't miss it for anything!

Joan Wilmot has worked as a trainer, psychotherapist and supervisor since 1979. Co-founder of Centre for Supervision and Team Development. Moved to Findhorn in 1993 with her family. Director of Duneland since its inception. Subscriber to Earthshare CSA scheme since its beginning which led to becoming co author of The Boxing Clever Cookbook. Co founder of Findhorn Playback Theatre.
