Dear Community,
You will have noticed that all major earthworks have now been completed for this phase and the machinery has been taken away off site. Thank you for your tolerance in enduring this earth shaking and noisy part of the build in such a good natured and supportive way.
Very little will happen for the next two weeks as the trades holidays take place. There could well be further delays so that the next piece of work may not start until the 24th of August, which is in over a month’s time. This is due to unfortunate contractual details that interfere with getting in a critical order for the manhole covers to do with the sewage installation works before the holidays. I will confirm this important detail next week.
In the meantime enjoy the peace and quiet, glorious light, buzz and weather of summer!
